How Certis24 uses your information
Last updated: 23 October 2026
This notice explains how Certis24 Limited, registered in England and Wales with company number 09807164 (“Certis24”, “we”), handles personal information collected through certis24.com. Certis24 Limited is the data controller. You can contact us at chris@certis24.com or at 2 Briar End, Kidlington, Oxfordshire, OX5 2YB, United Kingdom.
What we collect
If you send us a message through the contact form, by email, phone, WhatsApp or WeChat, we receive the details you choose to give us, such as your name, email address, organisation, phone number and the content of your message.
Why we use it
We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and, where you go on to work with us, to manage that business relationship. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, or the steps needed to enter into a contract with you. We do not sell your information or use it for automated decision-making.
Who else handles it
We use trusted service providers to run this website and our email, including our website host and content delivery network (Cloudflare) and, if enabled, our form-handling provider (Formspree). They process information only on our instructions. Some providers may process data outside the UK; where they do, appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or standard contractual clauses apply.
Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies to protect the site against abuse; these do not require consent. Fonts are served from our own website, so no third-party font service receives your details.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with it and for up to two years afterwards, unless a longer period is needed for an ongoing business relationship or legal reasons.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to or restrict how we use it, and ask for a copy in a portable format. To make a request, email chris@certis24.com. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
